Colored pajamas shown in our photos and videos are examples. Each child colors their own design, so no two finished pairs will look the same;
Individual experiences and results may vary;
Sizing information, including our size chart, is provided as a reference. Measurements may vary slightly (1–2 cm) due to the manufacturing process. It is your responsibility to review the size chart and choose the appropriate size before placing your order.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
3. COLORING, CARE, AND SAFE USE
Doodle Jammies pajamas are sold with a printed black-outline design, to be colored by the customer using the fabric markers provided or recommended for use with the product.
To get the best results:
Follow the coloring and care instructions shown on our product page and, where included, with your order;
Place a piece of paper or cardboard inside the pajamas before coloring, as ink may seep through the fabric;
Color the pajamas laid flat. Ink may stain skin, furniture, rugs, or other surfaces, and we are not responsible for stains caused by markers;
Wait the recommended drying time before the first wash.
The intensity and durability of the colors may vary depending on how the item is colored and cared for. Damage or color loss caused by not following the care instructions is not considered a product defect.
Coloring and use by children should always be supervised by an adult. Fabric markers are intended for coloring fabric only.
4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is accepted only after:
Payment has been successfully processed; and
You receive an order confirmation email from Doodle Jammies.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
Pricing or typographical errors;
Product unavailability;
Violation of these Terms.
Products purchased through Doodle Jammies are intended for personal use only and not for resale.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are subject to change without notice;
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time your order is placed;
Applicable sales taxes may be added based on your shipping destination and state requirements.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Doodle Jammies shall not be liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Carrier delays, including increased volume during the holiday season;
Customs processing;
Weather conditions;
Supply chain disruptions.
If you are ordering a gift for a specific date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All returns, refunds, and our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you under that policy.
